Comedian Paul Harris announced today that he will be performing his show along with the World-Famous Cleverlys at the prestigious Oak Ridge Boys Theatre for the 2011 season. He has been cutting his comedy teeth on Branson stages even headlining his own show for several years and at the same time making quite a name for himself on the mid-south comedy circuit. He contributes a lot of his material to his family, friends and worldly events.
Harris is also an accomplished musician having recently had his family bluegrass band, The Cleverlys performing at various music festivals across the country. The Cleverlys have become a YouTube sensation that has gotten a lot of International attention lately.
In 2005, Harris moved to Nashville, TN and began touring the mid-south and southeastern part of the country in Comedy Clubs and opening for major music acts such as Blake Shelton, Jeff Foxworthy, Band Perry and Little Big Town.
In 2010, Harris joined the ranks as a performer on the coveted LP Field Stage to close out the sold out 2010 CMA Music Festival. In this debut appearance at the festival, Harris entertained a crowd of 40,000 plus fans that had spent the last four days enjoying country music’s hottest entertainers. His comedy reached through and quickly grabbed the audience and he held them throughout the evening.
